In delivering on our strategy we are focused on the Mining Industry of Western Australia. With our growing position, our focus is on organic growth, growing client numbers in our chosen fields and building stronger and deeper client relationships.

A key element of this approach is our ability to provide Maintenance, Shutdown and Project services across the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical fields, which will enable us to appeal to a broader range of clients, and provides us with the flexibility to offer solutions that better meet individual client needs.

In implementing this strategy, we seek to grow client numbers in the chosen fields and increase the number of services used by clients.

While we currently have a relatively low cost to income ratio, we will continue to seek opportunities to streamline and simplify our business, to improve on the Safety and Quality with our clients and reduce our unit costs.
