A proud Nyoongar man, Arnold has a strong focus on opportunity and support for Indigenous people. He has been an active mentor of Indigenous Youth and Adults for more than 20 years through his work in the Justice System, Mining Industry and Community Services Sector helping people to overcome disadvantage or personal challenges so they can live a life of integrity, opportunity, and purpose.
Arnold brings his strong values and experience to WARGL combined with a passion to train and mentor future generations for the betterment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Managing Director
Greg has over 25 years’ experience in the mining, oil & gas industry working with major corporations across Australia and overseas.
With a Diploma in Project Management and Certificate IV in Mining Processes, Greg founded C.E.M. Alliance in 2011 and has built the company around a core foundation of dedication and persistence that is supported by experienced management, key senior personnel and skilled employees. C.E.M. now supports major clients across the Mining and Industrials sector of W.A. and brings this experience to WARGL.

With over 25 years’ business administrative experience spanning a wide range of industries including Mining, Construction, Industrial Processing Operations, Energy and Finance, Christina is an accomplished Administration professional.
With a strong financial and business administration background she is highly skilled in managing the day to day operational requirements of these functions.

A career mining person with over 35 years’ experience in mining and construction including white and blue collar recruitment, business development and strategic management which led Phill to be involved in many of Western Australia’s largest and most diverse mining, energy and infrastructure projects over the past 25 years.
He has a strong understanding of these sectors across the recruitment, workforce management, operations, projects engineering and asset management functions.
